Hello and a very blessed Monday to you.There is a revelation that comes when you do some reflection over your life.What is reflection? Reflection is a process of exploring and examining ourselves, our perspectives, attributes, experiences, actions, interactions and thoughts.Upon reflection we notice the areas what we need to elevate and improve and most times it shows us that we need some form of promotion in our lives. Promotion is a term often used in the business world to refer to the advancement of an individual within a company or organization. However, the idea of promotion can also be applied to one's personal life as a whole which includes our spiritual life, and as believers we believe that every good thing comes from God hence promotion or levelling up comes from Jehovah JIreh our provider. God is the Creator and ruler of the universe and has the power to elevate and bless those who trust and obey Him.Psalm 75:6-7, states, "For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: He puts down one, and exalts another."This brings peace of mind and comfort, as it reminds us that our ultimate success is not dependent on our own efforts or abilities, but on the grace and favor of a loving and powerful God. It can also inspire us to seek God's will in our career and personal choices, knowing that He desires to bless and promote us according to His plan for our lives. Additionally, acknowledging that promotion comes from God can also be humbling, as it reminds us that any success we may experience is ultimately a result of His generosity and not our own merit. It can also inspire us to use our next levels and promotions to help others and to give God the glory.

This I know: the favor that brings promotion and power doesn't come from anywhere on earth, for no one exalts a person but God, the true judge of all. He alone determines where favor rests. He anoints one for greatness and brings another down to his knees.

1. Lord I come humbly before the throne of grace, knowing fully well that nobody can receive anything except it is ordained by God, Lord hear my prayer in Jesus' name.
2. Oh Lord! I have stayed stagnant for too long in this level, I seem to be stuck and not moving forward, use Your mighty hand of promotion to move me to the next level in Jesus' mighty name.
3. Oh Lord! Let Your divine favor smile on me and favor my righteous aspiration for promotion in Jesus' name.
4. Oh Lord! Touch the heart of those who can help me to my next level so they can show me favor and support my aspiration for promotion in the name of Jesus Christ.
5. Prepare me Lord for the challenges and responsibilities associated with the promotion I desire, whether it is in the church, my ministry, my career, my business, relationships and all You have ordained for me in Jesus' name.
6. Equip me Lord with spiritual, moral and intellectual virtues required to rise and excel in my higher office of responsibility in Jesus' name.
7. Oh Lord! Bless me with the required mental or professional skills to show my competence for recommendation for my next level in Jesus' name.
8. I stand in God's Holy Word, I receive the anointing to excel above all other applicants in interviewing for my promotion at work, university, church (name the place) in Jesus' name.
9. I declare and degree by the blood of Jesus that God's favor and that of people will support my aspiration for elevation in Jesus' mighty name.
10. From this moment on, all my sacrifices and commitments to my next level will be adequately rewarded, I will not labor in vain in Jesus' name.
11. This year my faithful commitment to my next level will spring-forth a pleasant surprise for promotion in Jesus' name.
12. I decree that in this season , I will be remembered and honored like Modecai, I will be elevated from a servant to a leader in Jesus' powerful name.

18. I refuse to submit to past frustration. Whatever attempt I make towards my promotion this year 2023 will receive divine backing of God and all relevant earthly authorities in Jesus' name.
19. Lord guide my steps that I may be at the right place at the right time and meet my destiny helper for promotion this year in Jesus' name.
20. I receive the meek mind of Christ to handle my higher office and promotion with humility in Jesus' name.
21. I decree that will remain loyal and faithful to God, I will not receive elevation and turn my back against God who has elevated me in Jesus' powerful name.
